If the animals of the Replacement Army are quartered in a Kr.s.K. within the corps area, horses which have lost their way or which have not been found by their owners are quartered on the Kasernenplatz of the Replacement Army.
2. Kr.s.K. (Kr.s.K.). These are home stations for animals which have lost their way in the course of the war, or which have not been found by their owners. These animals are to be quartered at the KSt.l. of the Replacement Army, or if there is no KSt.l. for this purpose, at the Kaserne of the Field Army. They are provided with the same care and treatment as the others of the Replacement Army and are to be quartered in the KSt.l. within the corps area.
1. Kriegsstellungen (KSt.l.). Those are located at the Kaserne where the animals of the Replacement Army are quartered, as well as at the Kaserne of the Field Army, which are the same. The animals of the Replacement Army are kept in their Kaserne throughout the year. The horses of the Replacement Army must be quartered in their own KSt.l. at the beginning of each training season. Only the horses of the Replacement Army with mobile divisions have their KSt.l. within the corps area.
Austrian Panzer and light divisions used the Jagdtiger in their combat units, and at least one of these divisions was equipped with a total of six Jagdtigers during the war. After the annexation of Austria in March 1938, one of the two divisions equipped with Jagdtigers was placed under the command of a corps. The other division had a Jagdtiger under the command of a reserve corps. After the war, one of these two divisions was reactivated and is still in existence as the 231st Motorized (Light) Division in the Austrian army.
Panzer divisions used the Jagdtiger to augment their anti-tank forces. In the case of the Nordhausen Panzer Division (Panzergrenadier Division Nordhausen), the Jagdtiger formed part of a battalion in its reconnaissance battalion. This battalion had an organic anti-tank company equipped with the Panzerbuchse 38 (PzKw-38) and its anti-tank guns were assigned to the Jagdtiger battalion. The other two divisions equipped with Jagdtigers were the Grossdeutschland Panzer Division (Grossdeutschland Panzer Division) and the Danube 827ec27edc
