Very good problem for e-Record. There is no support from the e-Record team. After installing e-Record I have a lot of problem. The most serious is that they messed up MYOB. All transactions are deleted and it does not work, although I still keep old backup files.
2. I have to wait for five minutes for the new transactions to be added in the header. Sometimes it works only twice in the day. When I try to do so, the program tries to open for half an hour. I guess, it is a bug.
3. The interface is basic, but the program itself is not that easy. I have to do a lot of extra work. I'd like to use MYOB, but I can't find how it is possible to work with the e-Record as a partner company. Can you advise me how to do this?
In general, e-Record tries to fit all to one, and even a small business to the standard. This is impossible. I could not manage to change the country of accounts from Australia to Europe. I don't have any idea how to create a new company and add the necessary customer, supplier and bank accounts to it. That is the first thing I need. Other problems are:
