Galaxy S3 (GT-I9300, ) is a high-end Android smartphone designed, developed and marketed by Samsung Electronics. Unveiled at IFA on September 5, 2011, and released on September 25, 2011, it is the successor of the original Galaxy S, released in February 2010. It was initially announced with many upgraded features and improvements.
When the phone was announced in September 2011, it was well received, with many praising it for its design and features, and was praised for its camera features, fast performance, large screen and battery life.
